1-Year Warranty

Every item sold by Open Box includes a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and battery capacity falling below 70% of rated capacity within the warranty period. If something stops working the way it should, we fix or replace it.

What's not covered

Physical damage (drops, water damage beyond the device's rated water resistance), loss, or theft.

How to claim

Email open-box@sogoodmail.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps. Most claims are resolved with a replacement shipped within 5 business days.

Not happy? Return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund — no restocking fee, no questions.
