Open Box is a specialist reseller of refurbished earbuds and smartwatches. We focus on one category — wearables — and do it right: every unit is graded, battery-tested, and data-wiped before it ships. We started Open Box because we were frustrated by the refurb market ourselves. 'Like New' meant different things on every platform. Grading was inconsistent. Battery health was hidden. Warranty terms were buried in fine print or nonexistent. So we built the store we wanted to buy from: clear grades, real battery numbers, a 1-year warranty on everything, and a 30-day no-hassle return window. We carry earbuds and smartwatches from Apple, Samsung, and Sony — brands you already know. Our catalog stays narrow on purpose. How we grade
Cosmetically excellent
No visible wear at arm's length. Battery health 88% or higher. Factory reset, data wiped, Bluetooth pairings cleared. Original accessories included where available.
Light cosmetic wear
Minor scuff or mark visible close-up, not at normal use distance. Same battery and functional standards as Grade A. Priced 15-20% lower.
No hidden numbers
Battery health is listed on every product — not estimated, not buried. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves at this grade, it doesn't ship.
